It was cheap, staff friendly, satellite tv
Poorly breakfast, noisy guest, i had to change room, and was charged extra for it, staff wanted to take pictures of you as soon as you walked out the door in the mornings, and my last morning one from the front desk kept on calling me ( wrong number ) from 4 o'clock in the morning to 4.30. Very annoying, and when I asked why he had kept on calling me when he already from first miscall must have understood he had the wrong number, he just gave me a blank stare.

They should have door hanging sign like "Do Not Disturb" and "Make Up Room". What I experience was every morning i don't wake up early but they will start knocking on my door to let me know they need to make up the room.. Secondly, i think the place not really sound proof cos you can hear people walking up and down or even people chatting outside your room.. I hope with all these little comment will make it a difference when my next visit..

Good price, attentive staff
I made a reservation through Booked.net and when I arrived, they had no idea what the print-out of my reservation meant. All the rooms at the rate I could afford were taken, so I had to go across the street to a different hotel. I stayed at Boulevard Hotel the next time I was in Manado. The bathroom smells strongly like sewage. Everything else is nice, so, it depends on how you feel about sewage.
